The Name of the clinic is the name that is shown when patients search for your clinic, and appears on top of any prescription. An example is "Dr Agarwal's Ortho Clinic
The Label is a small word which represents the clinic. There should not be any spaces or special characters. An example for the clinic named above, would be "agarwalortho". But "agarwal ortho" would not be an acceptable label.
About is a short description about your clinic or practise. Eg. "Dr Agarwal's clinic is a comprehensive health care facility for all your needs."
Enter any other details that you know about your clinic. If you were referred by another doctor, or would like to use a Promo code, enter those details too.
IMPORTANT
After you enter your details, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don't get it soon, check the spam section of your email.
Your application will be manually approved within 24-48 hours. Usually approval takes only a few hours. If after 48 hours, your application isn't processed, send us an email at [email protected].
