MyOPIP began in a doctor's own clinic in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, with a simple objective: make everyday clinic management easier for doctors.
What started as a practical solution to real clinical workflow challenges has evolved into a clinic management platform developed in-house by Geekmaze Software Private Limited.
MyOPIP has been under active development for more than 10 years, continuously evolving around the needs of doctors and their practices.

Who is eligible for the three-month trial?
This offer is for members of the Indian Medical Association. We ask for your IMA membership number, and optionally your branch, so we can confirm eligibility before arranging access. It is intended for practising doctors, including those in Kerala.
Do I need to pay anything before the trial?

How do I get started?

Can MyOPIP be used in different medical specialties?
Yes. MyOPIP is built for medical and surgical practice: outpatient notes, prescriptions, appointments, certificates, billing, surgical planning, and discharge documentation. It is not limited to one specialty. Some modules, such as surgical planning, inventory, and staff roles, depend on the plan.
What features are available?
The current product includes free-form EMR notes, patient history on one chart, appointments, electronic prescriptions with a large Indian drug search and safety checks, certificates and reports, billing, analytics, surgical planning, discharge summaries, and, on higher plans, inventory and role-based staff access. Not every module is on every plan. See the pricing page for the published packages.
What happens after the three-month trial?
We will contact you before the trial ends to discuss whether a paid plan fits your clinic. Published prices are on the pricing page (Starter is ₹1,599 per month when billed annually). This page does not set a separate IMA price after the trial.
