For pulmonology clinics in India

Clinic management software for pulmonologists in India

A return patient should open with their history, their medicines, and the date of the next review already in place. MyOPIP keeps that consultation record in one account. Starter is ₹1,599 per month when billed annually.

History, consultation, and the next review

Pulmonology outpatient work is mostly the same patients, seen again. The note, the prescription, and the follow-up date belong on one record.

History that stays attached

Symptoms, earlier visits, and the medicines already prescribed remain on one patient record. The next consultation starts from that history instead of a blank note.

The consultation

Write the visit in free-form notes, then issue the prescription from the same chart. Search covers more than 20,000 brand and generic medicines, with allergy blocking and interaction checks.

Follow-up before they leave

Book the review appointment during the consultation. That booking brings the same chart back, including the previous note and the last prescription.

A practice in more than one place

One doctor account works across clinics. Appointments, certificates, and billing stay with the record. Higher plans add role-based access for the staff who run the front desk.

Built by a doctor in practice

Dr Joel G Mathew is an ENT specialist and endoscopic surgeon in Thiruvananthapuram, and the founder of Geekmaze Software. MyOPIP came from running his own clinic: one account for records, appointments, prescriptions, certificates, and invoicing.

The same clinic system covers patient histories, consultations, prescriptions, and follow-up appointments. His clinic site describes more than 24 years of clinical practice.

Evaluating the software

Where does a follow-up visit land?

On the same patient chart. The appointment, the earlier consultation, and the last prescription are already there when the patient returns.

What does a pulmonology clinic actually use here?

The consultation note, the prescription, the appointment book, certificates, and billing. Starter is ₹1,599 per month when billed annually for a solo practice.

Can I reuse medicines I prescribe often?

Yes. Prescription templates sit on top of a search of more than 20,000 brand and generic drugs. Allergy and interaction checks run before the prescription is issued.

How does onboarding work?

Request a walkthrough on this page, or apply for trial access. The application asks for your name, email, address, role, and affiliations. We reply to the walkthrough request by email.

Can I take my records with me?

The terms say you can export data in supported formats during an active subscription. After termination, data is retained for 30–90 days for retrieval, then may be deleted.
